Kim is super passionate about Eastern Shore Associates’ growth and success!
With a background in marketing, management, operations and sales, she brings a variety of talent as ESA’s Director of Agency Operations. She also serves as the Chair of the ESOP Communications Committee at ESA.
Kim grew up working in her family’s retail clothing business, so personal-touch customer service and building relationships are really important to her. She values and loves all things small-town, but also understands the scope of business on a higher, larger-level having worked in senior management at a multi-national corporation for nearly fifteen years prior to joining the Eastern Shore team in 2017.
Kim and her husband reside in Sterling with their two daughters. She enjoys being involved in her local community and serves on the Board of Education at the Red Creek Central School District. Outside of work, Kim loves hiking, kayaking, vacationing, golfing and any time she spends with her family.
