Jennifer began her tenure in the insurance industry in 1993 as a receptionist and quickly acquired a passion for customer service. She joined the ESA team in 1996. For over 25 years, Jennifer has enjoyed sharing industry knowledge with her clients, and helping them understand their insurance needs. When the personal lines executive unit was formed, Jennifer knew she was the perfect fit to lead this department.
Jennifer holds a designation as an Accredited Adviser in Insurance – Management (AAI-M) and she is also an Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR).
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys camping, traveling and spending time with her husband, their children and friends.
