Donna joined Eastern Shore Associates in 1987 and has been the Public Entity Unit Manager since 2003. She is a licensed NYS Property & Casualty Agent/Broker and holds a NYS Notary Public License. Donna also holds an Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designation and an Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation.
ESA’s Public Entity unit specializes in meeting the insurance needs for Counties, Cities, Towns, Villages, Volunteer Fire Departments and Public School Districts. We have an exclusive relationship with New York Municipal Insurance Reciprocal (NYMIR) and New York Schools Insurance Reciprocal (NYSIR) which are both non-profit licensed insurance carriers. As a local resident, Donna is happy to service our governmental agencies and know that she is providing them with the best insurance program available for our taxpayers’ dollars.
Donna was born and raised in Fulton. She currently lives in Granby which is only a few miles from ESA’s main office. In her spare time, Donna enjoys camping, doing craft projects with vinyl, fishing, traveling, spending time with her grandchildren or just relaxing around the fire pit with friends & family.
